It was a reasonable base for our such great stay. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly throughout 1 day of our stay. The location in a comfortable area was good and stunning and there were a shopping area and a market nearby.

The homemade pastries at the hotel were like a culinary adventure in a concrete jungle. Staff friendliness and cleanliness efforts really stood out. Convenient location near JFK. Nearby grub: Paris Cafe felt lit, Connections was a stone's throw, and Panda's flavors were on point.

The receptionist playing shuttle roulette almost got me tardy for my flight, while the decor screamed more Motel 6 than Hilton. Needed a glam squad intervention.

The shuttle was super convenient and the drivers were great, even though it wasn't listed at the airport. The room was mind-blowing, clean, and the all-white bedding was jaw-dropping! The front desk staff were amazing and the breakfast selection was super. I also appreciated the free hot drinks and water. The facility's cleanliness was top-notch and the staff made sure late-night travelers were well taken care of. a great experience!

Our stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic. The shuttle ride from the airport was short and convenient. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially in catering to senior citizens with special needs.
